I haven’t had a backpack of my own to use in abouuuut four years and commissions have been okay recently! So I waited until the “oh no it’s raining” summer sales took this bag down to half price. It’s neon (road safety! Motorcycle thoughts), it matches my nail polish precisely. It is from Accessorize, which is not immediately a draw for me, but I had a messenger bag from there in sixth form and it was actually pretty hard-wearing. I plan to waterproof-spray it.

I can’t really get enough of this colour so I took more photos than I need and I am FORCING them on YOU. Harharhar.

I’m reading Oliver Rackham’s The History of the Countryside. I borrowed it from my uncle (who is a Ranger) and it’s pretty funny, much funnier than you’d expect. Rackham keeps saying (paraphrased) “someone else wrote a book about this part, and it’s really interesting, so I won’t bother telling you too much here”. Recommended!
